The course unit comprises the following parts:

Geographical analyse of the area
oriëntation running using maps, compass and GPS
orientation running: didactical and methodological principles
survivaltechniques
teambuilding
outdoor fitness

Presence in the lessons is obliged for the assessment in this training module.
