- meetings: structure, minutes, objectives, conversation techniques
- conflict management
- group dynamics
- group development, group identity and diversity
- active listening, paraphrasing, asking questions, meta communication, empathy, acceptance, authenticity
This course pays attention to children's rights and explicits one or more children's rights.

An assignment is organized during the second examination period (100% of the marks)
It is the student's responsibility to attend classes.
