Objectives

Is able to develop a self-image from which he learns how to create value in IT and make a conscious choice for 1 or more job profiles tested during the internship. Gets insight into various aspects (challenges, threats, ...) of his professional working environment.
Is able to develop a number of personal qualities such as creativity, sense of initiative, daring to deal with risks and sense of responsibility. Is more aware of his own possibilities and talents and develops more self-confidence.
Is able to be entrepreneurial by taking initiatives to participate in IT-related activities (scholarships, scholarships, projects, hacketons, summer schools, etc.) to gain additional experience or knowledge.
Is able to be entrepreneurial by developing and translating creative ideas into a concept, creating something new, improving a process, creating something expensive, ...
Is able to handle and / or collaborate with professionals and students in an international context by participating in international scholarships, study trips, webinars, internships and IP projects, ...
Is able to develop insight into cultural differences between countries and regions.
