Objectives
The objectives of this course are in line with the programme-specific learning outcomes
Contents
The course unit comprises the following parts:
Methodological and subject-specific contents
Swimming:basic skills swimming, water safety, sports technical aspects and insights into the movement sequence of breaststroke and crawl with their starts and turns.
Athletics:sport technical aspects and insights into the movement sequence of the jumping events (highjump and longjump) and throwing event: shot put
Gymnastics:basic floor exercises and basic jumps, developing basic physical characteristics, helpers techniques function of the safety

Presence in the lessons is obliged for the assessment in this training module. A prerequisite for the evaluation, is to attend the scheduled lessons, to participate actively in all the course components, to accomplish the assignments en to respect the given deadlines of these tasks and assignments.
