Objectives

Contents

The course consists of the following parts:

- meetings: structure, minutes, objectives, conversation techniques

- conflict management

- group dynamics

- group development, group identity and diversity

- active listening, paraphrasing, asking questions, meta communication, empathy, acceptance, authenticity

This course unit builds further on the development of the competencies aspired in following course units:
