Internationalization and intercultural orientation is an essential part of the programme which focuses on the role of the student being a professional in a social context. This implicates that the student takes his/her social responsibility in society.

This course has a coherent horizontal alignment with respect to other courses.

Final objectives

This course unit supports the learning outcomes which are a translation of the level descriptors leading to a bachelor's degree in higher professional education from the Codex Higher Education.

Learning results from the domain specific learning outcomes framework

On the basis of theoretical frameworks, international references and experience, develop a personal view of nursing and a constructively critical attitude.

Organisation of education

International day with group and individual presentations.

This course unit sustains the possibility for implementation of international speakers and/or study visits in an international context.

To replace this course unit, a student may enroll in the Intensive Programme in the context of internationalization.
