Objectives

We can motivate why we included this course unit in the study program:
The professional profile of both speech therapists and audiologists mentions education and prevention as one of the responsibilities. The purpose of this course is to prepare the students through a project approach for these responsibilities. The course is related to several other profession-specific courses and focuses on the integration of knowledge and skills in interdisciplinary level. It has both the intention to deepen the courses of the first year and to learn the students to explore unknown territory. This is why is this course is organized in the second year. Students can choose to work on the topic screening, prevention, education or health care education.
