Objectives

Is able to position the role of ICT in a company
Is able to explain the gap between business and IT and indicate how this can be bridged
Is able to name the most important processes in the ITIL framework
Is able to explain the concept ‘Service level agreement'
Is able to position the processes incident management, problem management and change management and explain them high level
Is able to name the important business functions and business processes
Is able to explain the terms project and project work and explain the different processes and controls used for project management
Is able to explain the concept and structure of an ERP software and name advantages and disadvantages
Is able to explain different modules in SAP and their mutual relation
Is able to execute a basic process in SAP (order to cash / purchase to pay)
Is able to explain the terms process and business process.
Is able to explain different elements of the BPMN notation and apply them for an easy process.
Is able to explain the functioning of a process model in BPMN.
