Students acquire knowledge in managing the goods flow.They must be able to recognize, formulate and analyse the basic management processes as demand, production, procurement, inventory & distribution.

1. The student can define a supply chain in terms of goals, processes, volumes and KPI’s

- Is able to work fluently with functions in Excel / process flows in BizAgi
- Is able to map a supply chain process and propose optimalisations
2. The student Is able to formulate and apply the basic management processes of demand, procurement, production, inventory and distribution

- Is able to solve exercises and cases in a structured manner
- Is able to to set up a simple stock policy
3. The student masters the vocabulary and theoretical concepts
