Objectives

During the lectures of iTalent, we want to achieve the following main goals in a student-centered way:

- Gaining a clear insight into the student’s strengths and weaknesses. (SWOT-analysis)
- Learning to acknowledge earlier obtained competences. (Portfolio)
- Learning to work individually and as a team by executing interdisciplinary assignments.
- Learning how to look for, process and examine information independently.
- Learning how to rephrase information accurately in writing and speaking for a certain target group.

- Experiencing a interculture environment

- discovering his passions and talents

Contents

The students learn to compile a portfolio.
The students start to draft a personal development scheme:

-MBTI
-Enneagram
-Peer Assessment
-Testimony


The students write a CV

The students attend internal and external workshops/ lectures
The students participate in intercultural activities

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Prerequisites

Secondary education level: basic knowledge of vocabulary/grammar and the four basic competences.

Obligatory to be take together with (or having passed historically): projects-workshops I

Final objectives

Students are able to deal with a task by means of projects, in such a way that planning is respected.

  • The student can design, interpret, execute, adjust, illustrate and clarify a project.

General and professional competences:

  • The student communicates about professional information, problems and solutions in another language (French and English) , internally and externally in an accurate and transparent way.

    Indicators:
    • Communicates accurately and transparently in written French or English  about professional information. 

  • The student communicates orally about professional information, problems and solutions in Dutch, English and French, internally and externally in an accurate and transparent way.
