Objectives
The growth of e-Commerce is only possible by upgrading the e-fulfilment. e-Fulfilment or e-logistics is marked by an additional complexity compared to the traditional B2B logistics because of higher personalization of smaller order sizes and by very short delivery time windows. The student learns to apply the 4 basic processes (e-Ordering, e-warehouse, e-delivery en e-retour) on different product groups via a case study.

1. The student can define and describe the basic e-fulfilment processes
Indicators:
- Student understands the terminology and process diagrams of e-fulfilment
2. The student is able to present a case study on the e-fulfilment processes of a specific product group

- The student can document the characteristics of a product group
- The student can translate the characteristics in terms of e-fulfilment needs.
- The student can assemble material for the case study .
- The student can present his/her case study in English
3. The student is able to collaborate in an English speaking team with diverse educational backgrounds
