iTalent aims at the following goals:

- Gaining a clear insight into the student’s strengths and weaknesses. (SWOT-analysis)
- Learning to acknowledge earlier obtained competences. (Portfolio)
- Learning to work individually and as a team by executing interdisciplinary assignments.
- Learning how to look for, process and examine information independently.
- Learning how to rephrase information accurately in writing and speaking for a certain target group.

Final objectives

Partial competence 1: The student commnicates about professional information, problems and solutions in another language (French or English), internally and externally in an accurate and transparent way. (AC6)

Partial competence 2 : The student communicates orally about professional information, problems and solutions in Dutch, English and French, internally and externally in an accurate and transparent way. (AC6)

  • Communicates orally in Dutch about professional information in an accurate and transparent way. 

  • Communicates orally in English about professional information in an accurate and transparent way. 

  • Communicates orally in French about professional information in an accurate and transparent way. 

Partial competence 3 :The student reflects about his or her own behaviour and can adjust it on this base, so that he / she can function optimally in varying circumstances. (AC7)
