Contents
Types of PLCs, hardware parts of a PLC, expansion options, ...
Programming in different programming languages (all languages are reviewed, we mainly program in FBD and ST)
• binary instructions, timers and counters, load and transfer functions, comparison and calculation instructions, conversion instructions, logical word operations,…
• Structured programming with OBs (organizational building blocks), parameterizable FCs (functions), FBs (function building blocks) and DBs (data building blocks)
• We use PLCs and software from multiple manufacturers (all according to IEC-61131-3 standard)
