Introduction: Definitions of quality, history and Deming PDCA cycle
• Company and Integral Quality Assurance & Overview of Quality Systems (ISO)
• Collection, presentation and assessment of measurement data
o Calculation% failure and non-conformity based on the standard normal distribution.
o Confidence intervals and hypothesis testing
- 95% confidence interval for the mean; hypothesis testing (z, t, F test)
- Meaning and reporting of statistical significance
o Variance analysis: ANNOVA
o Basic principles of correlation and regression analysis
o Measurement system analysis
• Process control: Statistical Process Control (SPC)
o Product and process standards
o Shewhart Control chart individual measurements
o Process capability analysis: Cp and Cpk
• Quality improvement techniques:
