Final objectives

Communicate constructively in various contexts with all parties involved
Integrate subject-specific and didactic expertise to create customised learning opportunities for all students
The student is able to express himself verbally in at least one language other than the mother tongue, in such a way that he presents detailed descriptions in work-related contexts, on a wide range of topics, and he is quite able to participate in a fluent and spontaneous conversation with native speakers.

Objectives

Students can:

clarify, goal-oriented develop, demonstrate, observe  various types of exercises with small material with variations/levels and correct with appropriate feedback to the target group. (OLR 9)

use different group fitness methodologies to develop and execute a non-musical workout according to the predefined criteria regarding activity level, fun, variation in work format, use of material, differentiation, motivation, demonstration/instruction and goal-oriented exercise selection. (OLR 9)

identify, explain and integrate various trends with their methodology and characteristics of non-musical group workouts in their own workout. (OLR 9)

motivate an individual and group through non-verbal and verbal techniques during a non-musical group workout. (OLR1)

The course unit comprises the following parts:
Methodology non music led group workouts: circuit training, tabata, game development
Exercise knowledge and skills with tools
Outdoor group training
Demonstration, motivation and correction skills
