Final objectives

As an ambassador of the company or organization, and a connector in the company or organization, communicate in a service-oriented and professional manner in an intercultural, international and multidisciplinary context in Dutch, French and English with internal and external stakeholders with various profiles. (Dutch: CEFR level C2 / English: receptive skills CEFR level C1, productive skills level B2 / French: receptive skills CEFR level C1, productive skills level B2)

Objectives

  • The targeted deployment of productive and receptive language skills in function of HR communication in French (receptive at CEFR level C1, productive at CEFR level B2).
  • Taking care of HR communication in French. 

Contents

  • In function of HR-communication:
    skills: reading, listening, speaking, writing, interaction in a HR context
    with attention to: grammar, vocabulary, style and spelling
    Lexique: sollicitation, expérience professionelle, formation, annonces, CV, congés, rémunération, licenciement, règlement intérieur, embauche
  • Acting appropriately in complex and specialised contexts:
    Oral and written (digital) HR communication associated with
    -hosting job interviews (compétences utiles aux entretiens de recrutement et à la sélection)
    -accomodation new employees
    -discretion
    -internal communication (notes, brochures, memos, newsletter,...)
    -corporate events: invitations, brochures,...

Other costs that will not be invoiced by the faculty but that students need to pay for themselves: printing costs for Chamilo documents, transportation (abroad, field trips, business sightings, workplace, etc.), external and individual seminars, buying a laptop, etc.
