Is able to understand how we evolved to contemporary HRM
Is able to describe the place and role of HR in an organization, and acknowledges the added value of a strategic framework
Is able to describe the impact of culture, structure and leadership on an organization and its people
Is able to determine the different leadership types, and knows what type fits the situation
Is able to describe the impact and importance of an employer brand for an organization
Is able to give an overview and describe the importance of the different phases of the recruitment and selection process
Is able to reflect on a meaningful policy with regard to performance, evaluation, reward and development
Is able to reflect on the causes and consequences of turnover
Is able to reflect on the different HR social partner organizations and to describe the importance of cooperation
Is able to formulate suggestions in order to optimize the HR-policy of an SME, based on knowledge about the (relationship between) different aspects of the HR cycle
