Objectives

Can explain the composition and structure of business software.
Can display the mutual relations between the different modules of a Business software package.
Can integrate and manage various business processes (strategic, purchase, sales, logistics, financial management, HR, legal, ...) in current business software.

Overview of Business Software (ERP / CRM)
Setup of the complete O2C (order to cash) and P2P (purchase to pay) cycle in an ERP software package
