Final objectives

As an ambassador of the company or organization, and a connector in the company or organization, communicate in a service-oriented and professional manner in an intercultural, international and multidisciplinary context in Dutch, French and English with internal and external stakeholders with various profiles. (Dutch: CEFR level C2 / English: receptive skills CEFR level C1, productive skills level B2 / French: receptive skills CEFR level C1, productive skills level B2)

Objectives

  • The targeted deployment of productive and receptive language skills in function of HR communication in English (receptive at CEFR level C1, productive at CEFR B2).
  • Taking care of HR communication in English. 

Contents

In function of HR communication:
skills: reading, listening, speaking, writing, interaction in a HR context
with attention to: grammar, vocabulary, style and spelling

Acting appropriately in complex and specialised contexts:
Oral and written (digital) HR communication associated with
-hosting job intervies (selection interviews)
-accomodation of new employees
-discretion
-internal communication (notes, posters, memos, newsletter,...)
-corporate events: invitations, brochures,...
