Objectives
The targeted deployment of productive and receptive language skills in function of HR communication in English (receptive at CEFR level C1, productive at CEFR B2).
Taking care of HR communication in English.
Contents
In function of HR communication:
skills: reading, listening, speaking, writing, interaction in a HR context
with attention to: grammar, vocabulary, style and spelling
Acting appropriately in complex and specialised contexts:
Oral and written (digital) HR communication associated with
-hosting job intervies (selection interviews)
-accomodation of new employees
-discretion
-internal communication (notes, posters, memos, newsletter,...)
-corporate events: invitations, brochures,...

Final objectives
As an ambassador of the company or organization, and a connector in the company or organization, communicate in a service-oriented and professional manner in an intercultural, international and multidisciplinary context in Dutch, French and English with internal and external stakeholders with various profiles.
