Objectives
- Use the productive and receptive language skills purposefully in function of professional presentations in French at the CEFR B1 level.

- Apply the basic principles of (corporate) communication in French.
- Apply the basic principles of (corporate) communication in English.
- Use software for giving presentations autonomously, with an eye for initiative and creativity.
- As an ambassador, present the care organisation or service in French.
- As an ambassador, present the care organisation or service in English.
- Create a professional, informative presentation on the mission, vision and the strategic policy of the company/organisation, based on the specific input of the manager.
- Answer questions on the mission, vision and strategy autonomously as the first representative of the manager.
- Have insight in the specific characteristics of diverse cultures, ethnic groups and nationalities.
- As an intercultural mediator, have attention for the specific needs of the diverse cultures, ethnic groups and nationalities and react correctly to these needs.
- Recognise the international character of a professional situation and the opportunities and threats in international contacts, contracts, regulations and strategies.
- Describe the relation between the organisational culture on the one hand and the international environment, cultures and habits on the other.

Final objectives
As an ambassador of the health care organization, and a connector in the health care organization, communicate in a service-oriented and medically correct manner in an intercultural, international and multidisciplinary context in Dutch, French and English with internal and external stakeholders with various profiles.
