Can perform a simple internal analysis (self-analysis) and external analysis (environmental analysis).
Can indicate the expectations of stakeholders.
Can explain the terms 'mission', 'vision' and 'objectives'.
Can explain the main frameworks and models that can help a company to form and write a strategy (strategic course) based on company case.
Can explain how a strategy can be implemented.
Can explain the importance of strategic change management (leadership) on the basis of a business case.
Can explain how a strategy can be evaluated (principles and techniques of management control).
Can identify, name and explain the basic arguments why CSR (3P) is an instrument for successful operational management in business cases.
