Insight and knowledge of social, cultural, political and other aspects of German speaking countries.

Contents

What's typically German? language, geography, history, population, political system, economy, culture, education, media, religion, legal system, transport system, music, movies, literature, art, sports, science, eating and drinking, Germany from a (Adventskalender) till z (Zappelphilipp).

Final objectives

Core competence 1: recognizes, identifies, classifies, renders, enumerates, and distinguishes the political, economic, social, historical and cultural aspects of Germany and countries from the German-speaking world. He is able to illustrate, to rephrase in his own words and to represent these aspects. (DSL2, AC1, AC2, AC4, AC5, AC7)
